A very detailed tutorial with easy to follow step by step pictures and instructions. It covers the basics for beginners but helps improve your modelling skills and learn new techniques if you already have experience with modelling and the section on the wings is brilliant. It is a must have tutorial!

Très instructif
Nadia est perfectionniste et vous donne l'envie à travers ces 8h de cours de le devenir. On commence par modeler le visage pour ensuite créer le corps de la sirène. Nadia nous accompagne tout au long des différentes étapes afin de réaliser sa propre sirène. L'atelier n'est pas pour les débutants mais offre un vrai chalenge aux professionnels de la pâte à sucre. Je trouve difficilement les mots qu'il faut pour décrire cette magnifique expérience. Je suis en admiration face au travail exceptionnel de Nadia mais encore plus face à la personne. Une vraie référence dans le domaine du modelage en pâte en chocolat et pourtant d'une simplicité innouie.. on a quasiment l'impression de parler à une amie de longue date.
